Location & Fees
Therapy appointments take place either online using a free secure, HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform, or over the phone. Clients must be located in the state of North Carolina to receive counseling services.
Private Pay Rates
Individual Therapy (50-minutes) ~ $165
Individual Intake Session (80-minutes) ~ $195
I accept all major credit cards. A card will be held safely on file upon scheduling as payment is due prior to any scheduled sessions.
Insurance
I am in-network with the following insurance companies through a third party credentialing and billing platform called Headway:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC
Cigna
Aetna
United Healthcare
Oxford
Oscar Health
If are not covered by one of the above insurance carriers, but you have out-of-network benefits for “Telehealth” as part of your insurance plan (you can find this out by calling the number on the back of your member ID card), I am happy to provide you with a “Superbill” at the end of our sessions that you can then submit for possible reimbursement.
Reduced Fee Options
I offer 2 reduced fee spots to historically underserved folks who are financially disadvantaged. BIPOC, queer and trans folks are prioritized. Please contact me for details or to inquire about current availability.
